Midland Air Service Experts was excited to sponsor the Midlands Ride for Kids a few weeks ago. This marks the second year that Midland Air has volunteered for this remarkable event that gives all the proceeds to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the top nonprofit supporting research into childhood brain tumors. The proceeds fund free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial aid for families.
Midland Air Service Experts gave $1000 to this incredible cause and the nationwide event has raised over $500,000. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been involved in the event since 2014 and her father’s motorcycle group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids each year.
“My dad’s riding group rides every year because they can have a blast and ride motorcycles, all for an amazing cause.” Take a look at Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The generous motorcycle group may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts doesn’t have as many motorcycle riders. “We just do it because we love the kids,” said Rebecca.
