WHAT??? We were supposed to have an AC maintenance, why was he even touching our furnace? We knew our furnace was old but we wanted it to go on it's own terms and not be broken by your company. You then told us we had to buy a new furnace - I guess so, you broke it - it was working before you touched it. We are extremely upset and were left without heat on a very cold day. We will be proceeding with the Better Business Bureau about this terrible service. We have since worked with another company and had a new heater and AC unit installed by honest people."

David then proceeded to put an eleven (11) page non-canceling contract agreement in our mail box. We did not approve the Advantage Program. As of 2/2/2020 we are still waiting for corrected documents and legitimate installations of warranty."

Further I also purchased a Maintenance contract for professional services from ATS which includes, but not limited to; two yearly routine visits to ensure that my systems are running property. I thought ATS would conduct a professional inspection (as per my maintenance contract) to make sure the systems are working properly which is the reason why pay for a maintenance contract with ATS. However the past several regular maintenance visits Ive had the same problem with water leakage from a clogged trap that resulted in a flooded basement. The problems should not have occurred if my air unit was properly checked, cleaned and maintained by the ATS technician who was called out for the regular maintenance. Because of this, several times my basement has been flooded. I contacted ATS on numerous occasions and your Technician Steve Marshall came and fixed it. Steve did a great job! Im writing this letter to you as today to advise you once again the system has flooded my basement.(06 July 2020) Each time I have had replaced furniture and a rug that was ruined, not to mention the time, effort and aggravation of having to clean up a flooded basement. To say Im very disappointed in the Service would be an understatement. I have complained about these issues numerous times to ATS personnel. I have been extremely patient, probably more than most people in this situation. Now that my children are out of the house I dont go to the basement as frequently as I used to so when the system I purchased this from ATS fails and floods my basement sometimes I dont realize it for several weeks. The results of these issues are Im seriously concerned with mold in the affected areas in my basement. I have always paid my bills to ATS on time and expect quality maintenance and professional level of service from ATS, continuously, not sporadically. On your website your company states owning a HVAC system you shouldnt be worrying Now, I worry, every time I come home and check the basement hoping its dry. You advertise 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Im not satisfied. I called about these issues and spoke to Justin on or about 10 days ago and still waiting for a resolution about this matter."

He said it required going on the roof, and he is not allowed to go on the roof. Since Atmostemp installed the HVAC system in this house when it was built, I would think they would have installed the attic fan in such a way that it could be replaced when necessary. Very disappointing."
